A light roast with milk chocolate hints and a subtle citrus for a soft easy going character, ideal for a weekend of relaxation.

A little tip: Before you add your grounds, heat the press using a small amount of the boiling water, as when the coffee comes into contact with hot water too rapidly, it could over extract and create undesirable elements in the cup.

Roasting

As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and mellows into a warm hug for your senses. The cocoa from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or paired with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges very well.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding some water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After brewing, let it sit for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are fully saturated and not over extracted. The water should be pushed through with the plunger. Don't stir or agitate your coffee as it can cause unpleasant ingredients to appear in your cup.

Strength - 3 is gentle and easygoing, great for weekend getaways.
